on a snowy day …

Snow is falling on my island in the Pacific – and more snow is threatening to dump on us. The lyrics from Paul Simon’s ‘Slip Sliding Away’ come to mind when I think about venturing out onto a snowy road. If I don’t have to go anywhere, I don’t mind the snow and enjoy the change to the landscape it brings. From my window or backyard, watching snow falling is fascinating.
