Easter lilies are in full bloom around here – this is the best shot of one that I’ve taken.

I was told these were fawn or deer lilies.
I looked it up in ‘Plants of Coastal British Columbia’ by Pojar and MacKinnon. It’s latin name is: Erythromium oregonum, they say it is commonly known as white fawn lily (there is a pink one too). There is often more than one common name for a plant, I have always known them as Easter Lilies.
